"Super bad customer service. I filled out a quote thing on line and they reached out. For some reason I was told in the past they would not insure the car cause it was a rebuilt title, but seeing its a new car I let them go ahead and try to see if I can get a quote. Gave info and they said not eligible at this time but they did not know why. Asked if I wanted them to call when im eligible again I said no thanks. They asked why I said I just will stay who im with not interested. So she asked again and was pushy on well why would I not want to be called when im eligible.... I replied with I dont want to work with a company that does not currently want to work with me and I will look else where. She got real mad and said In a real bad attitude "well obviously our company dont want to work with you either" and hung up lol. Can't make this up like your company keeps calling me then mad when it won't go through and I keep telling them not to call again to retry. Hope the crazy lady agent has a better day, you will not be getting commission on a sale to me and ill make sure I tell everyone of this experience 2nd time with this company calling then mad when I say why I dont want to try again with them."
